The Tourettes Survival Kit: Book Review and GIVEAWAY

GIVEAWAY INFO: For your chance to win a free copy of this book please subscribe to my channel and leave a comment on this video explaining why you’d like a copy. I’ll pick a winner on July 31st 2019.

Today I’m reviewing a book that is aimed at young people with Tourettes. It’s a super down to earth guide full of practical ideas about how to manage day to day situations with suggestions from professionals and also from young people living with Tourettes. In the review I show you some sample pages and illustrations, give you a flavour of the content so you know what to expect. I also explore my three favourite things about the book… If you want to know where it fits within my colour ordered bookcase, you’ll have to watch to the very end 🙂

Delayed my comment on this one whilst I looked up, Tourette’s and Tics. Learning a lot about a lot and viewing your videos helps enormously. If I was a kid with Tics then this review suggests that this is the book for me. The illustrations showed up well and looked as if they added a lot to the books attraction, Your relaxed, friendly and fun presentation was well pitched for youngsters without going all 'kids TV OTT', I find the occasional quirky face pulling so natural and this also adds to the quality of the video. Thanks Pooky for another informative and inspiring review. ( it inspired me to seek information).
