The Spyderco Harpy features a 2.5 inch VG-10 blade, fully serrated with forward swept tip, lockback mechanism, and stainless steel handle. Originally designed as a maritime utility folder for cutting lines, it is sometimes used as a “last ditch” blade and resembles a folding karambit without the ring. Price around $80.

It makes a excellent murder weapon.
It can be a great defense weapon also but almost every one has a bigger knife than that.
It's better than nothing if so and if u know where to strike . In reality you'll both end up really bloody and gutted and probably dead. That's why its wise to know where to cut. In Hope's he'll bleed out first b4 u. So u can seek help.

I have a Harpy and bought a sheet of Talon handgun grip to put on the scales. But I like what you did much better– great look!!! How'd you get it so precise?

vg-10 is a very good steel!!easy to sharpen to razorsharpness!!!very very easy so that almost everybody can sharpen it good after a few tries.

carry one of these for work every night lol..watched this vid a few times and i have to say this knife is exactly how you described it..as always great reviews brother

Just bought one today….and you're right about the sharpness my man, it's like having a little folding razor blade in your pocket. Good review man

FYI: Israel, those "slots" in the handle scales, are for opening shackles….bow shackles or anchor shackles…very handy on a boat- sailboats especially
