They look quite the same. Wonder if they come from same factory. Trusted butcher is strange. Went from $80 to $20. If you order from their sight you can get 4 knives for $25 plus shipping
That looks like a good sharp knife for every day use. I agree with you I would like to use scissors to split a chicken in half it’s a lot safer. Love your videos keep up the good work. 👍
