You must have never used an M6 Mk II before because it gets a hell of a lot more than 200 shots. I'm not interested in CIPA BS, I'm interested in what you get in the real world. I've never had less than 900 shots on a charge and when shooting lots of bursts I consistently get 1600+ shots and have managed 2019 shots on one occasion.

The focus you get using the OVF is subpar and quite frankly, not good enough. There are forums full of complaints with the soft images coming from the 90D and I've used my friend's and experienced it firsthand. The AF is worse than on the 80D and I'm not sure why. At least on the M6 Mk II I can nail AF at 14fps with a Sigma 56mm 1.4 shot wide open. Something the 90D can't match at 10fps shooting at 5.6.

I have this and the Fuji X-T4. As a total surprise to me, I kept reaching for this one and not the X-T4. I just love the 90D. It’s not the best 4K video, but it is more than good enough for me. And taking wildlife pictures on this is awesome. High megapixel count, and 1.6 crop give my Sigma 150-600 over 900mm in reach.

I can't fathom why this was recommended to me. Canon's never really been a "bang for your buck" kind of company and this camera is pretty exemplary of that. Bad DR, who gives a crap about 30+ megapixels on an APS-C sensor, unimpressive ISO performance. Useable on autofocus in liveview only. I feel like this is a swiss army knife where every tool is a corkscrew. Incredibly useful if you want to drink away your sorrows.

maybe youtube is changing the video, but the 90D pictures did not look noticeably sharper or less noisier than these of 80D. pretty much the same.

The double digit line of canon started being a really good value buy ever since their introduction of the 60D and still continuing that with the 90D.
