Samura Segun chef knife Review – Japanese AUS10

In this video, I’m reviewing a Samura Segun chef knife with a full tang handle and with a claimed imported Japanese AUS10.

HRC: 59/60 (ignore the claim from the seller that it is 62hrc).

Samura – thats Russian brand for chinese made "japanese" knifes. Looks like Tuo Cutlery makes those and "segun" is discontinued line of samura which they sell directly now

Blade/bolster looks like Zwilling Pro, handle looks like Nenox. All in all a suspiciously ingenuine design.

Chef, I can't find the video in which you said a Chinese seller in ALiExpress that makes the Dalstrong knives. Can you tell me or link me to that video? Thank you!
