RECIPE-
Ingredients: Onion, Bok Choy, Mushroom, Pork Neck Bones, Spices.
Step 1: Cut up the onion, bok choy, and mushroom.
Step 2: Place the pork neck bones on top of the non-meat ingredients in a baking tin.
Step 3: Add soy sauce, garlic powder, prepper, turmeric, five spice, ginger, and sesame oil (optional).
Step 4: Seal with foil. Cook for 4 hours at 300 degrees. Uncover for the last 10 minutes. Drain excess water. Serve.
