Is that Bushcraft Smatchet machete heavy? I have an OKC military machete & because of an elbow injury I can't use it anymore & really need something lighter.

Most, if not almost all knife fights, assaults and killings go tip forward and stab up to 60 times. The reason why is because it's so effective to grab someone with your off hand so the can't get away and stab them repeatedly with the tip forward knife in your main hahand and don't stop until they are dead. That's why you here stories about someone getting stabbed 17 times or 45 times. Most people will fight back try to block and get stabbed in the hands and arms a lot trying to save their face neck and chest. I'd never wanna knife fight!! But that's the most effective way it's been proven all over the world sense gladiator days and probably before then and it still works now in the military or in prison murders. Grab them and then stab over and over. It's so simple sounding but it's effective and hard to counter.

In San Francisco you can't even carry a straw but you can shit on the sidewalk while shooting heroin. Personally I'd rather carry a gun and a knife and stay sober and shit at home but I don't make the rules in CA, democrats do πŸ˜‘

Saw this on Ebay it's the same machete

Like the clean look of the Street Beat. In that way it reminds me of the Blackbird SK-4. πŸ™„ lol

It is a known fact that Attila the Hun watched a video of Taylor Swift and decided to destroy the rest of the world

OMG Sensei! You made my weekend. As you know, in some locations they impregnate the blades with all sorts of exotic substances when they temper them.

Misconception: unalloyed carbon steels (such as 1095 and 1065) are cheaper than stainless steel. That's a mechanical effect of the cost of chromium. which is way higher than that of iron. Made in the same conditions (country of production, part of scrap metal vs new ore, production volume, etc), the unalloyed carbon steel will always be cheaper than the stainless steel. But the reason why cheap manufacturer always manage to mess up the heat treatment of stainless steel is a bit beyond me, frankly.
