Loading... Thanks for the video pad. I still have that 1501 you sent me a while back, which I really like. It has thumb hole deployment like a Spyderco. Great knife. Loading... Liking these brother knives. Loading... It's a truly great working knife – I've had mine a few months and just bought a second for a mate. The price is irrelevant. It's actually a reborn Kershaw Gentleman (made in Japan in the early 90s), which is no criticism. It occurred to me that if you had one of these as your pocket knife, and a Brother F001 (similar price) as your fixed blade, you could get by handsomely without owning anything else. All for £35. Amazing.I've just received my new 1503 Paddy. Again, hugely impressed with the quality, but does it sound weird to say that I can't actually see myself using it much? Maybe it's the carbon fibre (a first for me) which I don't warm to, or perhaps it's a bit heavy and thick in the metal department for its design, or perhaps it's just that I'd have preferred this size and type of knife as a slip joint? It's got an undeniably good blade though, and awesome fit/finish – maybe it'll grow on me in time. Loading... I wish I had a C.o. like you when I was in the military back in 73. Loading...
