I jave a muela capra, I bought sometime in 2007. I haven't used it but just tested it with paper and it's still as sharp as the day I bought it.

So let me get this right. $200 + knife its NOT full tang , the control SUCKS because it has no ramp and the horn gets too large for ur hand, it has a hollow grind so the tip is weak and will break under stress, has a crazy curve to the blade so hard as hell to sharpen. Oh yeah it looks good on the shelf I forgot, something ur kids are going to auction away for $100" I got u." Do u know how many "Gerber " Schrade " or "Case" knifes u could buy for $200 lol

Hi there, I have one Muela model myself: it's a 'Sarrio'. Single bevel, crown stag. Can't beat them, mine also still has the factory edge on it. Even after some chopping for a couple of years in the Belgian Ardennes. Nice to see your Muela's, thanks for posting!

I went looking for a Lancero 21S. They quit making them according to Muela. The only place's I have found this knife is overseas. Good luck.  Very nice knives.   Crossdrawjohn. Arizona.

these used to be worth more but they have flooded the market, like many foreign knives. these will sell for pakistan knife prices brand new nowadays on ebay so DONT pay the manufacturer retail as it is WAY too high!

I WAS GIFTED A SET OF THESE FINE KNIVES AND LOOKED INTO THEM A BIT,THEY WERE CREATED IN 94,BOTH HAVE ANTLER OR BOAR TUSK HANDLES,VERY CURIOUS 2 FIND A PRICE POINT FOR THEM,BUT THE MUELA SITE ISNT THE EASIEST 2 NAVIGATE.

What you think about the Hudson bay Knife? Since its from 1850 (replica) it fits good to the old Guns ;).I thought it would fit well to my 1859 Sharps .And its 1075 Spring Steel,much better than Stainless.
