I have been carrying the S1R-2 every day from the time it came out, I love it so much I had to buy the Titanium version when it came out.

I always tell people…They're called Olights because they give you "The BIG O" when you use them…and I don't mean Oprah! =)

He called it. The Olight S1R baton II is absolutely amazing for small EDC. I have one on my keychain and ALWAYS use it..love it..and have people constantly telling me…"DAMN! That thing is seriously bright for it's size". Yes dear…it's not your moms old school button cell keychain flashlight. It has 1000 lumens and an amazing spill…small…looks great…works great…awesome UI….just….really amazing. I also own the older S1 Baton that's not rechargeable (500 lumens) and it was such a great experience I had to do the newer thing…and…no regrets. But because I started with Olight, I had NO IDEA how lucky I got…and took it for granted that other top brands would make lights as good or in the ball park and that's just not the case. Don't get me wrong, there are other good top names out there, but the personalities of their lights are totally different than the Olight Experience. There really is something special about Olight.

There's just too much bunflappin on youtube these days, believe it or not, people want to see/learn something, no l listen to blah blah blah.

I have lost 3 O lights now. The first one(S10R baton) I think the magnet stuck to my keys when i pulled my keys out of my pocket. The 2nd (S1R baton) was being used at work as a work light. I had stuck the magnetic end to the equipment I was working on and forgot about it. The next day it was gone. The last one was the M2R Warrior. I had it clipped to my pocket and have no idea where it fell off. Very, Very upset about that one. Thanks

Form factor, but what about the price points? Yeah, lets drop the bull. Shape and of course price work perfectly fine for the purpose. "Form factor" is a phrase used with several other "factors" I won't go into used in a development environment. Doesn't help here one bit.

Everything is black. UGH!!! What's wrong with bright colors?… you know… so you can find them if your drop them when they're off.

I’m a flashlight nerd and I Canadian. What do I have to do to get at this market at a reasonable price ? I’m your market. I’ll buy beyond my needs

Yet another reason capitalism sucks ! It gives us too many options and products to choose from. We should be lined up for our government flashlight. Not too bright or long lasting and another line up for bulbs not to mention batteries. Stupid free market !

"Nobody's ever watched it, it's only got like 10k views" A kick in the balls to us tiny channels lol

ACEBEAM M10 225 LUMENS ON ONE AA OR 724 LUMENS ON ONE 14500 BATTERY. ITS ONLY $30 AND IT ROCKS. ACEBEAM M10 IS REPLACING MY EDC FENIX PD35TAC.

Awesome video ! Thanks for all your knowledgeable information and keep up the good work 👊🏽

Idk the lights that clip onto your hat none of them seem to bee light enough and what i mean by this is that the tend to wanna way your hat down like pants with no belt just feel like they wanna fall off

And for head lamp the colmen 250 lumen and rechargeable oazark 300 lumen thes would serve if natrual dessater happens

I also have the bushnell 1500 lumen flash light and that works as an oversied tactical light and thats for at home yes its rechargeable

I have the coast hx5 and it at one point was concider the mag lightkiller cus it functions like a mag light in the since it zooms but its twice as good and i tbink dependingon witch batters you use you can get 100 to 130 to 300 but the 300 lumes need a specilty battery and this light just does at is says and shouldi droped it by acced a fewtimes already and um it just holds up

18:00 My EDC (Brightex XR-700) does the flood to spot beam focusing but uses a different focusing mechanism. I find that type of flexibility a lot more usable for my day to day lighting use than the typical "tactical" beams I've used in the past.
